Bento Box Lunch

Landry has a 4-H cooking contest today. Her favorite category?  The Bento box lunch. 

She found this cute frog that she wanted to make out of an apple. She wanted to put it on a bed of brown rice and broccoli for a “natural environment”.

Half of her box is fruit & veggies. Her lean protein is a boiled egg, decorated with a carrot slice flower and a blueberry (which will stain the egg). 

Her dairy is her dessert: yogurt with mandarin oranges and blueberries.
